W. Bryant Green, III, Esq., a Georgia attorney, practices law in the Atlanta area representing victims of wrongful death and personal injury. W. Bryant Green, III began his law practice humbly in Clarkston, Georgia in January of 2001. Mr. Green is a native Atlantan, born to parents of mixed religious background. His parents and grandparents instilled values of hard work, empathy and service to others. Mr. Green is married with two beautiful, intelligent daughters. The family calls Dekalb County, Georgia home.


Attorney Green achieved his triple major, Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Law and Society from Georgia State University in 1995. Mr. Green went on to obtain his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis in 1999. Attorney Green became a member of Georgia Bar in 2000, and has practiced in Indiana and most southeastern states. The firm also provides pro bono assistance to needy persons. For our community, we will continue our long tradition of service and leadership.

Jonathan M. Broderick

Attorney at Law


Jonathan M. Broderick, a Georgia lawyer, who was born and raised in Georgia. His desire to become a plaintiff’s trial attorney was sparkled at the age of fifteen (15) when he was given his first opportunity to assist at a small successful law firm in Decatur, Georgia. Mr. Broderick maintained a position in that same law firm until his completion of undergraduate school which he completed in 2007, at Morehouse College, in Atlanta, Georgia. Upon receiving his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English, Mr. Broderick worked for the plaintiff’s law firm as a litigation specialist until he left Atlanta to attend Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan in 2011. Mr. Broderick attended Cooley Law School for one year before transferring out of the top of his class back home to Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School where he graduated with honors in 2014. Since then, Mr. Broderick has been sworn into the Georgia Bar and has used the many years of his on-the-job experience and work relationships to zealously advocate for all his clients.

Phyllis Jones

Case Manager


Mrs. Jones joined our firm in 2009. She brings to the team proven leadership abilities, as well as team-building and strong legal skills, coupled with a B.S. in Legal Studies and a M.S. in Business Administration. She has more than twenty (20) years of legal experience, cultivated with fifteen (15) years of entrepreneurial and business management. In the legal arena, Mrs. Jones has participated as a speaker and panelist in round-tables, and led “lunch and learn” seminars covering sustainable topics. She is a proven relationship builder in the competitive legal market and has been involved in complex award-winning projects.


Prior to entering the legal field, Mrs. Jones was a Computer Programmer for Trans America Real Estate Services, where she later became a Data Processing Supervisor. As Mrs. Jones’ advanced to other positions in life, she equipped herself by furthering her education in other areas, which broaden her credentials in ministry, business administration and counseling.

Dorys Chilindron

Case Manager


Dorys Chilindron is a consummate professional at our law firm who fully embraces the ideal of our mission by providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Ms. Chilindron has been working with our firm for nearly ten (10) years as a Paralegal/Case Manager. Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Chilindron worked in strategic business developments and marketing in staff positions at several companies. Ms. Chilindron has over twenty (20) years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting. Dorys’ greatest strengths are her creativity, drive and leadership. She thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach. Her most recent project involved a strategic partnership with the Hispanic community to bring core services to the fast-growing Hispanic market. Her ability to interpret and translate from the two languages (English-Spanish) has been a plus for our firm. Ms. Chilindron is a certified tax preparer and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Commerce University. She also obtained an English degree from Emily Dickinson Institute where she also taught courses.
